We are pleased to invite you to the 8th annual English College Open tournament! ECO is a World Schools debating tournament for middle and high school students. This year, it will be held in Tallinn, Estonia from Friday to Sunday, January 25 - 27 of 2019!
During previous years, the tournament has connected widely recognised adjudicators such as Anna England-Kerr, Luke Churchyard, Jana Gilke, and Kaspar Kelder, and participants from Germany, Italy, the UK, Czech Republic, Turkey, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and China.
The event will feature educational workshops for debaters, adjudicators and coaches on the first day in addition to the 6-round tournament with a break to quarter finals. Workshops will be related to the themes of the prepared motions and will be announced in due course.
